Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SaturdayClub pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SaturdayClub account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
